About Dr. Andy Huang

Dr. Yuanyuan (Andy) Huang, 43, has been a managing partner of Exworth Management LLC, a private investment firm, since January, 2021. He has also served as the Managing Member of Fundin, LLC, a consulting firm providing information technology consulting services, since 2018. From August 2019 to September 2022, Dr. Huang served as the director and CFO/COO of UTXO Acquisition Inc., a special purpose acquisition company, and from October 2021 to November 2022, he was VP of Business Development at Roxe Group Inc., a fintech company. From October 2018 to September, 2020, Dr. Huang served as a Venture Partner of Efund City LLC, a fintech company, and was a member of the Investment Committee of Efund City Metro Income Fund LLC, a real estate investment company. From 2008 to 2018, Dr. Huang e worked at several boutique brokerage firms. Dr. Huang holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the College of William and Mary and a master’s degree in Finance from George Washington University.
